I have several Route 66 subjects linked through the navigation buttons on the left.

The first link leads to a master index that includes most Route 66 linen postcards that exist. This index has evolved through the meticulous efforts of several long-time postcard collectors who have made the principal contributions to its content. Nevertheless we know there are other linen postcards not yet included so I welcome anyone's information or comments on this topic.

The second link leads to a presentation, with a bit of an accompanying narrative, of a number of Route 66 real photo postcard images from my favorite stretch of the old road between Los Angeles and Albuquerque. The images represent just of portion of the real photo postcards that have been published from this region.

The third link leads to a discussion of the Whiting Brothers gasoline stations and motels which, while far from being exclusive to Route 66, were associated with the western half of the highway during its halcyon years. These pages offer some business history, a detailed look at the motels, an overview of the gasoline stations, and a glimpse at some paper collectibles.

The fourth link leads to some discussion and display of other Route 66 paper items.

The fifth link leads to a commentary on my favorite Route 66 books and other web sites.
